What This Means for You

- No Auto-Renewal: Your payment method will never be charged automatically
- No Cancellation Needed: Since there are no subscriptions, there is nothing to cancel
- Buy As You Go: Purchase data plans whenever you need them
How Our eSIM Plans Work
Each eSIM data plan you purchase includes:
- Fixed Data Amount: A specific amount of data
- Validity Period: A set number of days
- One-Time Payment: A single charge at the time of purchase
What Happens When Your eSIM Plan Expires
- Data service stops automatically
- No further charges are applied
- The eSIM profile remains on your device but is no longer active
- You can purchase a new plan anytime
Closing Your Account
If you wish to close your Teramovil account:
- Contact us at support@teramovil.com
- We will delete your account within 7 business days
- Active eSIM plans will continue until expiration
- Transaction records may be retained for legal purposes
