No Subscriptions - One-Time Purchases Only
Teramovil operates on a one-time purchase model. We do not offer subscription-based services or recurring billing. All eSIM data plans are purchased individually as needed, and there are no automatic renewals or ongoing commitments.
What This Means for You
- No Monthly Fees: You only pay when you purchase a new eSIM data plan
- No Auto-Renewal: Your payment method will never be charged automatically after your initial purchase
- No Cancellation Needed: Since there are no subscriptions, there is nothing to cancel
- Buy As You Go: Purchase data plans whenever you need them, with no ongoing commitment
How Our eSIM Plans Work
Each eSIM data plan you purchase includes:
- Fixed Data Amount: A specific amount of data (e.g., 1GB, 5GB, 10GB)
- Validity Period: A set number of days during which you can use the data (e.g., 7 days, 30 days)
- One-Time Payment: A single charge at the time of purchase
Example
If you purchase a "5GB for 30 days" plan:
- You pay once at checkout
- You receive 5GB of data valid for 30 days
- After 30 days or when you use all 5GB (whichever comes first), the plan expires
- No additional charges occur unless you purchase a new plan
What Happens When Your eSIM Plan Expires
When your eSIM data plan expires (either the data runs out or the validity period ends):
- Data service stops automatically
- No further charges are applied to your payment method
- The eSIM profile remains on your device but is no longer active
- You can purchase a new plan anytime by visiting our plans page

You can purchase multiple eSIM plans in advance if you know you'll need them. Each plan is delivered instantly and can be activated when you're ready to use it.
Refunds vs. Cancellations
Since we don't have subscriptions to cancel, what you might be looking for is our refund policy:
Cancellations
Not applicable - We don't offer recurring subscriptions, so there's nothing to cancel.
Your purchase is complete after a single transaction, and no future charges will occur.
Refunds
May be available - If you haven't activated your eSIM and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.

Closing Your Account
If you wish to close your Teramovil account:
- Contact us at support@teramovil.com with your account closure request
- We will delete your account and personal data within 7 business days
- Any active eSIM plans will continue to work until their expiration date
- Transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes as required by law
Note: Account closure does not automatically entitle you to a refund for purchased eSIM plans. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
Future Subscription Plans
While Teramovil currently only offers one-time purchases, we may introduce optional subscription plans in the future to provide more flexibility for frequent travelers.
If we do introduce subscriptions:
- They will be optional - you can continue to purchase one-time plans
- You will need to explicitly opt-in to any subscription service
- Clear cancellation policies will be provided before you subscribe
- You will receive advance notice of any changes to our service model
