Refund Policy

At Teramovil, we strive to provide high-quality eSIM data plans and excellent customer service. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You have not activated or installed the eSIM profile on any device
  • You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase
  • There is a technical issue on our end that prevents eSIM activation (verified by our support team)
  • The eSIM plan was incorrectly charged or duplicated

Refunds are NOT available if:

  • The eSIM has been activated or installed on a device
  • Data has been consumed (even partially)
  • More than 24 hours have passed since purchase
  • Your device is incompatible with eSIM technology (please check device compatibility before purchasing)
  • You experience network coverage issues in areas where coverage is not guaranteed

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@teramovil.com
  2. Include your order number and the email address used for purchase
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  4. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This typically applies when:

  • There is a significant service disruption caused by our providers
  • You experience technical issues that prevent full use of your purchased data
  • Other exceptional circumstances as determined by our support team

Refund Processing Times

Once your refund is approved, please allow the following timeframes:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: 7-14 business days
